Where can I see all SMPlayer command lines options with descriptions?

Thanks, now found.
I using a compact view without a top menu, but I could not find Help in the context menu

Also I tried "-help" parameter in command line. But it do nothing in portable-version

-help works but only on linux, because on windows the console output is disabled.
