[Win7 Pro 64 Japan] x64 version doesn't run

Windows7 Pro 64bit Japanese Edition / 8GB RAM

Please check the 64bit version whether if it does run on Windows7 Pro 64 Japanese Editon or not.

I always get the latest SMPLayer 64bit editon through the following websit

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/smplayer/

SMPlayer 14.9.0-x64 DOES RUN propery.

But any version later than 14.9.0 DOESN'T RUN on Windows7 Pro 64 Japanese edition.

You double-click a SMPlayer shortcut icon, so a new instance of SMPlayer starts and appears in the process list of task manager. But no window appears.

You double-click the icon three times, so 3 instances appear in the process list. But no window appears.

You reinstall old 14.9.0-x64, so SMPLayer DOES run properly.

No, the latest version of SMPlayer 32bit edition doesn't show any window even if it has appeard in the process list, too.

1) I uninstalled SMPlayer 64bit edition.
2) I downloaded the latest version of SMPlayer 32bit edition.
3) I installed SMPlayer 32bit edition.
4) I double-clicked the shortcut icon.
5) A instance of SMPlayer was shown in the process list.
6) But no window came up.

I have saved 5 PNG screen shots, but can't find how to attach/upload them.

"smplayer-14.9.0-win32.exe"

1) I uninstalled 64bit edition.
2) I inlstalled "smplayer-14.9.0-win32.exe".
3) It runs properly.
4) But the latest version of win32 edition DOESN'T SHOW any window.

Yes, It works !! The SMPlayer window appears and plays any video well.

1) I uninstalled the existing SMPlayer.
2) I rebooted Windows7 Pro 64.
3) I downloaded r6411 and installed it.
4) R6411 works and plays any video well.

I have exactly the same problem with the x64 builds after the 14.9.0 - x64 release.

There was an important bug and I think it's fixed now.
