GUI isn't native on Windows. Is it native on which platform?

Coming from Media Player Classic - Home Cinema and VLC Media Player I have to add, the GUI does not look native at all on Windows. So I though it was designed to look more native in a Linux desktop environment. But there are countless Linux environments. So I wondered if the default GUI was designed to look good in which particular Linux environment?

And Qt can be made to look like anything.

It can be configured in the Interface settings, change the style from Fusion to "WindowsVista" for a more native look.
