I tested it and it works nice. But, in fact, it is an independent application now, like videopreview much time ago...
When are you planning to add this feature to trunk?
Does Youtube API allow to add one more tab (not only "Most Popular", "Most Viewed" and "Most Rated", but something like "Relative" for current video)?

P.S. Sorry, I found that "Most Popular" transforms to "Most Relevant" while searching. But this list is static, while I took in mind a dynamic list which updates every time when video is executed.

I think I will keep it as an independent application, but I'll add an option in smplayer to launch it.

I've just copied the code from umplayer. I actually don't know how it works.

I'm not quite clear, are you saying either SMplayer or Smtube crashes or XP crashes when playing YouTube videos? I'm not able to use reproduce any crashes, in XP or Win 7.

start smplayer, press F11, doubleklick video, watch some of the first frames, hear some sound and ... watch the PC rebooting (no bluescreen!).
btw/ i'm using the portable smplayer from smplayer-portable-0.8.0.7z.

Look in C:\Windows\Minidump, if there are files present then it blue screened, by default you won't see blue screens it will reboot automatically. Also try changing the video driver and audio driver and check for updates to your device drivers. MPlayer shouldn't cause BSODs most likely a serious underlying problem is being exposed in a device driver.

If you post the files in Minidump to the dslreports.com forum Microsoft Help they can help decode them, I would but all I have is a phone right now and typing on it is a tough enough job.

hi redxii,

C:\Windows\Minidump is empty and wasn't modified recently.
