Here are two great new themes that I found on deviantart



Would be great to have a new version of smplayer-themes released including these themes .

They look nice but my linux must be getting old, I can't open that tar.xz in the Faenza theme.

Okay, here they are gzipped.

I think I can't add any of these themes to smplayer-themes because their license doesn't allow to be used for commercial purposes.

I went to the CC website and there was a lot of text to say "We don't know what commercial use actually means", and basically ask the creator.

I'm sure SMPlayer isn't 'commercial'.

New themes should mean also better ones: better taste - less color, more elegant skins.

I cannot create them myself but have a clear idea of what I want. The default skin is lacking style and the others in the package are getting worse in that direction. I really don't understand: are there not enough people to create something better for the best player in linux? THIS PLAYER REALLY DISERVES BETTER.

So, I searched and I also found the AwOken theme presented above.Maybe not to be added as such, because of the license issues, but to serve as a model FOR A BETTER FUTURE DEFAULT THEME - I mean less color and more elegant shape.
