Skins: Black-GreenSliders & Modern-Monochrome

The first one is Black-GreenSliders, which is the Black skin using the not-so-thin sliders (progress and volume) from Modern skin.
The second is Modern-Monochrome, which uses the monochrome icons for the toolbar from the Black skin, and also a black menu and toolbar.
