error in SMTube

As soon as I open SMTube, it shows "Error: Could not connect to Youtube server. I updated SMplayer using Ubuntu directions and updated SMTube using Linux directions, running Peppermint 6. Any help will be appreciated, thanks

You need to update smtube to at least version 15.5.x.

Thanks rvm, I did run the update after installing, what I didn't do is reboot. This morning I opened the browser and it's working fine
