External Subtitles problem

Hi,

I have a problem when playing any movie with embbeded subtitles and external subtitles. The external subtitles never get chosen by default with any of the 3 options in the autoload settings. Weird because any other mpv or mplayer gui do it correctly by default in the same files. If i use the subtitle selection i can choose the external srt but its boring to do that for every file.

I have the new version 17.10.2 8735 64-bit. How can i solve this?

Does the subtitle file have the same name as the video file?

Yes. And ive tested all the 3 options in autoload subtitles. It only auto load the embedded subtitle. If i check the option to load the first subtitle same thing happens. Never auto loads an external subtitle.

Could you send the smplayer log (menu View) after playing the video and selecting the subtitles?
