Showing whole line of subtitles at one time

After extracting susbtitles and loading them does not help. So mkv file is here "a problem". I have more such files. Anyone have any idea where I should look for help?

After subtitles dump they look "normal" but works exactly the same way. So it is not the fault of subtitles. On the other hand when I loaded external subtitles (other, randomly chosen) this stupid effect does not exist. Any ideas?
