If you're using mplayer as multimedia engine (preferences -> general) try changing it to mpv and see if there's any difference.

Maybe try to disable the cache in preferences -> performance.

It works fine with IPTV but it depends on the type of stream.

To load it into the playlist from the URL you need to go the playlist, and select the option Load -> Load playlist from URL.

None of the streams in that playlist works for me, they seem blocked by my ISP.
