I have to clear the URL history, how to do it?

Edit smplayer.ini, look for [history] and delete the urls line.

there is no such file smplayer.ini in my SMPlayer folder

smplayer.ini is in your personal folder. Vista, right? Open the start menu and click on your username to take you to your personal folder, smplayer.ini is in a folder called .smplayer.
