Ordered Chapters Not Linking

Hi guys.
My specs:
SMPlayer 0.8.0v
mplayer2 latest build (2012.06.04)
Windows 7 x86

I've read somewhere that mplayer2 enables ordered chapters by default, but it's not linking in my case. Tried opening the episodes with mpc and it's linking nicely, so the problem must lie somewhere with my mplayer settings. Any ideas? Thanks!
