Can not find how to set SMPlayer to "stay on top"

Hi,

I'm running SMPlayer Version: 0.8.1 with MPlayer SVN r34540 on Ubuntu 12.10 x64. I am not able to find where to set SMPlayer to "stay on top" (or "always on top"). I seem to remember the setting was under "Video", but I can not find it there, or anywhere else, on my install of SMPlayer. Could someone please let me know how I enable "stay on top" in SMPlayer?

It's not under Video - Stay on top (near the bottom)?

Video -> Stay on top -> Always.
