Cant`t solve a wrong association between Video and Srt files

Hello: I`ve maked a wrong association between MP4 and Subtitles (.SRT) files; pushing it into Audio option (bad touchpad use) And can`t separate them, to reset the program to default audio! I`ve re installed SMPlayer, but...nothing changes!

Can you help me?
