xv:adaptor isn't a valid option anymore in recent versions of mpv. Now SMPlayer uses the option --xv-adaptor. However this option is not available in mpv 0.14 so you need to update mpv.

Okay! So updated MPV to ver. 0.25.0, and everything's fine.
