Automatic start after laptop wake up from sleep (Linux)

Postby HaraldC » Wed Oct 25, 2017 11:08 am

Hi,

SMPlayer automatically starts after my laptop comes back from sleep.

How do I stop this?

Many thanks.

That's weird. Is the option "show icon in system tray" in the options menu enabled?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

It wasn't, it is now but the same behaviour remains

Version 17.10.0, latest available from Fedora 26

Running in VNC under Xfce

I'm also running KDE as the main window manager and there are there some settings re power management.

Regards.
