mp4 problema de lentitud

Buenas tardes, necesito ayuda técnica: tengo problemas con los videos de mi celular: son todos mp4 y con todos los reproductores he tenido problemas. Con Smplayer tengo el problema que se ven como en cámara lenta. he bajado todos los códecs y tengo windows vista. También bajé unos parches desde microsoft y nada

En Preferencias -> Rendimiento hay opciones que te pueden ayudar. Prueba a activar la decodificación por hardware o el número de hilos, la caché...

Por favor envía el log del mplayer/mpv (menú Ver), a ver si se está produciendo un error o algo.
