A couple of problems here to report:
Running SmPlayer 18.2, 32 bit, Smtube 18.1

Problems:
1) Been experiencing some audio video sync issues while watching youtube videos. The player doesn't crash but just seems to have difficulty staying in sync.

2) Moving the seek bar to a new location within the video and audio stutter 3 times and then begin to play again out of sync.

3) Upon stopping a video and then starting a new video, the seek bar seems frozen at the location of the previous video, when exited.

3) Stopping the video and then restarting the video shortly after causes player to crash. Log file for this instance reads:

Change the multimedia engine (preferences -> general) to mpv, I think it works better for youtube streams.

Re: YouTube completely broken (again)

(GENERAL) Multimedia engine = mpv
(NETWORK) SUPPORT FOR VIDEO SITES = Auto (or Youtube)
(ADVANCED) MPlayer/mpv > Options = --ytdl-format="bestvideo[ext=mp4][height<=?3840]+bestaudio[ext=m4a]"

Stream stop at the first frame.

(NETWORK) SUPPORT FOR VIDEO SITES = mpv + youtube-dl

Black screen. Stream stop at the first frame.

Windows 10 64-bit, SMPlayer 18.2.0.8910

Could you send the mpv log (menu View) after trying to play a youtube video?

This is a live stream. Unfortunately it seems there's this problem with live streams in the Windows version of mpv. This problem was fixed on Linux so I hope it will get fixed on Windows as well soon.

Indeed it's been solved :D
I really don't understand people still using windows nowadays. Ok maybe for advanced gaming or for business (unfortunately). But for everyday use at home ? What's the point ??
With modern desktop environments it's piece of cake even for inexperienced user.
