I can't seem to use the bookmark menu items when a medie is loaded.
The menu item for adding and editing bookmarks are disabled.
Also i would expect to be able to have the edit dialog open and move it to the side of the video and then jump to different places in the video i want to bookmark, but it seems i cant get in contact with the video window when the edit dialog is open.

Maybe this is only a problem in Linux. I'm using Debian Jessie.

Currently bookmarks don't work with DVDs or streams.

It happens with files i have locally.

Is the option "remember settings for all files" in preferences enabled?

No it was not, now i can the menu when its enabled.
