SMPlayer Support Forum

Hello, please tell where do you get skins for SMplayer ? I Googled for half an hour browsing all related links where people mention the player's skins, but I found only different sets of icons, while skins are nowhere to be found.

No matter what icon sets I choose and in what mode, the main window always stays the same. Besides different icons nothing ir really changed. Are skins for SMplayer a hidden project, or just a myth ? Do skins for SMP actually exist ?

There are no skins for smplayer, only icons.

You can change in the preferences the "style" and smplayer will look different, but those styles are managed by Qt (the library that smplayer uses).

Would be awesome if I could use UMPlayer's lovely "Mac" skin within SMPlayer..Just saying

Other than that SMPlayer's current 'QT-native OS' approach when it comes to theming is really admirable, minimal and light

I dont see why youd want to skin. their look is simple and clean. maybe an option to change colors?
